Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- 12-Month Subscription: Eligible for refund within 15 days of purchase
- 6-Month Subscription: Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be granted if:
- Service is not working as described
- Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate payment was made
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- User changes mind after activation
- Incorrect device or setup issues on user side
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Account sharing or misuse detected

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
